Pet Policy

A one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $350 per pet is required, along with a $40 monthly pet fee per pet. The monthly pet fee is separate from rent. Each home may have up to two pets.

Certain breed restrictions apply. Dogs that are purebred or mixed with any of the following breeds are not permitted:

Pit Bulls
Bull Terriers
American Staffordshire Terriers
Rottweilers
German Shepherds
Doberman Pinschers
Chows
Presa Canarios
Akitas
Wolf Hybrids
Huskies

Breed restrictions do not apply to approved assistance animals for individuals with disabilities or to active-duty police canines residing with active-duty law enforcement officers.
