It takes a village, plus a diligent client partner Housing Opportunities Commission to ensure the development of our managed communities remain on track. Luckily, we have a stellar team and work with fantastic colleagues to ensure just that. Last week, we took a hard hat tour of Ten Gibson, set for initial delivery in September. We were most excited to see progress made on key unit installations such as the two-tone cabinetry, quartz countertops, subway backsplash, vinyl plank flooring and more.
