We’re proud to announce the grand opening of newly renovated Randle Hill apartments, an Edgewood affordable community located in Southeast, DC. As a center for community in the Congress Heights neighborhood since 1967, Randle Hill became DHCD’s first ever income average project. One of our residents, Mr. Duke spoke to his experience living at Randle Hill and was the first to cut the ribbon, signaling a fresh start and new beginnings!
