Resilience. It has become a resounding theme for many organizations – especially in recent years. As part of our annual leadership meetings last week, we reflected on the meaning of resilience and how we aim to continue with our SMART Growth goals. Through our discussions, we discovered that the foundation of our resilience was built by sound leadership, strong culture, accountability, high engagement, and consistent performance. We are so proud of how our teams have navigated the unknowns with strength, determination, and ultimately a spirit of “we will”. So, we continue forward in 2022 with intention: WE will. WE can. And WE did.
