Our VP and Section 8 Contract Manager, Fred Mifflin, gained valuable insight on today’s rental assistance programs to the 2020 Mid-Year NLHA Conference. Fred’s biggest takeaway was the benefits of RAD for PRAC contracts:
- 20 year contract
- Maintain affordability for our seniors
- Address deferred maintenance
- Possibility of securing financing through LIHTC, debt, or other “soft funding” sources

Together with EVP, Larry Davis, they participated in sessions concerning Fair Housing, 2530 issues, Workforce Housing, and Vouchers. #EdgewoodExcellence
