Every year, we host EVU Day, an annual company training conference, in conjunction with our sister company Vantage Management Inc. This year’s theme was “Impress for Success” and focused on putting our best selves forward when representing Edgewood Management.

Some highlights included a presentation from our head of HR, Jason Salamon, on the importance of communication when it comes to employee development. Our team also attended a session on Updater, a new tool many of our properties are adopting to streamline the move-in process.

We also want to recognize Mario Pareia-Lecaros for going above and beyond with his dedication to our core values. Mario was the first to receive the first annual Unsung Hero award – his colleagues met his acceptance of the award with a standing ovation.
